OUR COMMITMENT TO THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE

At the heart of every thriving community is a network of dedicated individuals and organizations committed to enhancing the lives of its members. The Professional Remodeling Collective embodies this spirit of collaboration and improvement, using our skilled workforce to make positive, lasting changes in the communities we serve.

For the Collective and its members, community involvement goes beyond our day-to-day work of remodeling homes. It’s about empowering lives through purposeful construction and renovation projects that address the needs of those less fortunate. Our remodelers and construction experts believe that each project is an opportunity to transform not only a space but also the lives of the individuals who inhabit it.

Are you part of a charity that could benefit from our remodeling expertise? Our doors are open to hear from organizations in need of our services. Please reach out to us if your charity is in need of some remodeling or construction work. Together, we can identify how best to use our skills in ways that truly matter.

2023 COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT

The Past Presidents Council of our Association has committed to support one of our member’s, Martanne Construction, with a remodeling project for the Healing House.

This home is being remodeled in honor of Erin Langhofer, a social worker dedicated to working with victims of domestic violence.  The Do Good for Erin Foundation was formed after Erin was killed by a stray bullet in August of 2019.  Once completed, Erin’s House, will provide six women and their children, in substance abuse recovery, who are domestic violence survivors, a safe and comforting home to rebuild their lives together.

Healing House

Healing House Inc. is a substance use disorder recovery organization whose mission is to enrich the lives and spiritual well-being of all they serve and improve the safety and welfare of our community by equipping their residents with resources to maintain healthy, self-sufficient and purposeful lives.

Since 2002, Healing House has provided recovery housing and support that assists both men and women to experience long-term recovery from substance use disorders.  Currently, Healing House serves 230 men, women and children who reside in 14 private homes and two apartment buildings.  Last year, they helped more than 1,100 individuals on the road to recovery and meaningful substance abuse-free lives.
